I. Application Fields

Hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilization has gradually replaced traditional sterilization methods and become a mainstream approach for surface and space disinfection and sterilization. After we compounded it with nanomaterials, its disinfection and sterilization effect has been significantly enhanced, and we have developed a matching hydrogen peroxide composite nanometer cabinet-type sterilizer. The cabinet-type sterilizer is suitable for animal centers, laboratories, biopharmaceutical enterprises, medical and health institutions and other units to carry out thorough disinfection or sterilization on the air and object surfaces within a specific enclosed space, with an extremely high killing rate of microorganisms (achieving sterilization level), featuring safety, reliability and ease of use.

II. Sterilization Principle

Through a high-velocity atomizer, the specially formulated hydrogen peroxide composite nanometer sterilant is vaporized into gas, which is sprayed into the sterilization space at high speed. When the high-temperature and high-concentration hydrogen peroxide composite nanometer vapor comes into contact with the surface of cold disinfected and sterilized items, an irreversible cold condensation layer is formed. The released strong oxidizing free radicals (hydroxyl groups) achieve rapid sterilization effect on microorganisms (destroying cell membranes, lipids, proteins and DNA) by reaching a 6-Log reduction of microorganisms, i.e., it can achieve a killing rate of 10⁶ for Bacillus subtilis and Geobacillus stearothermophilus spores.

III. Functional Features

1. Disinfection and Sterilization Effect

The independently developed disinfectant has broad-spectrum disinfection and sterilization effects, capable of killing various bacteria, viruses, fungi and other microorganisms in the air and on the surface of objects in the enclosed space; the kill level can reach 6-Log.

2. Safety

- The disinfectant leaves no residue (it can decompose into water and oxygen automatically) and has excellent safety for humans and the environment;

- The disinfectant has good material compatibility and causes no damage to room surfaces and items;

- The start time can be set as required.

3. Intelligentization & Ease of Operation

- Process parameters can be flexibly set;

- Automatic disinfection or sterilization cycles can be run according to pre-settings, with no manual intervention required throughout the process;

- The equipment can be used at room temperature and normal pressure, and is equipped with eye-catching operation indicators for users to easily observe the operating status of the equipment.

4. Convenient Effect Monitoring

- There are relatively mature chemical indicator cards and biological indicators recognized by the national health department on the market for monitoring the effect of hydrogen peroxide sterilization, which is convenient for users to monitor the disinfection and sterilization effect in real time;

- The manufacturer provides free remote training for operators to ensure that they can normally operate all functions of the equipment.
